Watch: Elhaida Dani releases Albanian version “Në jetë”

WATCH: ELHAIDA DANI RELEASES ALBANIAN VERSION “NË JETË” 27

Elhaida Dani — Albania’s Eurovision 2015 starlet — has released the much-anticipated Albanian-language version of “I’m Alive”. The Albanian title is “Në jetë”, which translates as “In life”. Once again Elhaida showcases her amazing voice — and this time in her native tongue. It’s a great gift to her fellow Albanians and essential listening whether you speak Albanian or not. She appears to have shot most of the video at the same time as her English-language video — or at least used the same footage and green screen. In either case, it’ll feel familiar (but in a good way). #tearsinreverse.
A quick glance at social media suggests that fans like this, but are pleased she is singing in English at Eurovision. As Elhaida told us herself, she wants as many people to understand her message as possible, so English was the natural way to go.

ELHAIDA BUSY ON PROMO TOUR

Elhaida has had a really busy schedule before the Eurovision Song Contest. Last week she was in London for the London Eurovision Party and the following day she headed to Macedonia to promote her entry. She travelled to the cities of Skopje, Tetova, and Gostivar. In Tetova she had a concert where she performed both versions of her song and other songs. She also visited the local university. Miss Dani will also be in Athens and Budapest soon.

We are going to have personal air vehicles that are both cars and planes, at least that’s Missy Cummings’s vision of the future. It’s basically the intersection of a drone with a robotic car, so that your plane is also your car, but the big leap in technology is that you are actually driving neither, says the Associate Professor of Aeronautics and Astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Drones have a negative bias in the media, says Cummings, because they are essentially seen as spy cameras. But most people don’t realise that when they are on a plane they are effectively travelling on a drone. The fly-by-wire technology that exists on all Airbus and many Boeing craft is the exact same technology that exists on drones.
The reason why drones are the answer to the future is that the truth is we are terrible drivers. Humans inherently have a half-second lag in almost any quick response that they need to have, like a ball rolling out in a street or seeing an aircraft in the sky and you have to take evasive action. Even a half-second delay can mean the difference between life and death, and computers and automated systems don’t have that – they have microseconds.
So, our transportation network of the future, both on the ground and in the air, will actually be safer when we turn it over to computers.
There really aren’t any technological hurdles to this idea, says Cummings. The biggest hurdles we have are psychological and cultural, in terms of giving up the car. But no new tech needs to be developed to have your own personal flying car. What we have to do is improve production and reduce manufacturing costs, and what that means is that we need more robots. So this is almost a self-circular process, where we need robots to build robots to make them cheaper.
Should we worry about the machines rising up and taking over? No, what Cummings says she is worried about is hackers and terrorists who want to do wrong. One of the things she is working on is trying to develop technology that allows any flying robot to be able to fend off any attack and be able to navigate itself without any GPS or any other external signal.
There are lots of different possibilities for what your personal air vehicle could look like. You could own your own in your driveway or garage, and you could jump in it. Or we could have a shared network like the plane version of Zipcar. People should be excited about this: it promises much in terms of safer travel, and in parts of the world where the road and air networks are poor, people will be able to get the goods and services they need.
So, when we look at globalising this concept of personal air vehicles, it means we will see the quality of life improve dramatically for everyone around the world.

Last year I wrote an article about why Elhaida Dani should represent Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest. I wrote it before FiK 53 had started — and before Elhaida had been announced as a contestant. I’m still shocked that she’s actually representing the Land of Eagles in Vienna. We recently learned that she will not sing her winning entry “Diell” at Eurovision. It’s left some fans shocked and others excited to see what she’ll do next…
I really loved “Diell”, but the switch is for the best. As soon as I heard Elhaida’s lovely voice, I got goosebumps. That hasn’t happened to me since Rona Nishliu took to the stage in Tirana. Judging from Twitter and various Eurovision forums, though, many Eurovision fans seemed to dislike “Diell” from the start.
The negative reviews didn’t really matter to me. It’s nice to see the diversity of opinion in the Eurovision world, and things would be very boring if we all loved every song. But odds play an important role in the Eurovision Song Contest. Even if the bookies often get things wrong, they do have a habit of signifying, or at least approximating, the winning song. The bookmakers placed “Diell” dead last, and that’s definitely something to be worried about. “Diell” would have struggled to qualify from its stacked semi-final.

DRAMA BEHIND THE SONG CHANGE

It’s sad that Aldo Shllaku had to withdraw from the Eurovision Song Contest just months before the competition. I remember Elhaida saying during an interview that she was “very scared” when her composer wouldn’t give RTSH the rights for the song to be used for the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest. With just two weeks until the HoD meeting in Vienna, where all broadcasters need to hand in their songs, who wouldn’t be scared?
After Aldo Shllaku withdrew, RTSH was left with no song for Vienna. After discussions between RTSH and the EBU, an agreement was made. Elhaida would still represent Albania in Eurovision 2015, but with another song. RTSH contacted several composers and ended up with Arbër Elshani and Christian Lekaj. They are known as Zzap & Chriss across the Albanian diaspora in Europe.

ELHAIDA’S NEW SONG “I’M ALIVE”

Elhaida Dani’s new song is titled “I’m Alive” and it will be a pop ballad. That marks a departure for Elhaida. “I’m Alive” is composed by Zzap & Chriss and the lyrics have been written by Sokol Marsi. Sokol is known for writing Albania’s 2011 entry. The song will be in English, but there are plans to do Albanian and Italian versions. I’m sure it’s going to be better than Diell.
Zzap & Chriss, who come from Kosovo, are very successful composers in the Albanian diaspora. They make songs for popular Albanian artists such as Besa Kokëdhima and Nora Istrefi. I really believe these boys will create a great modern ballad for Elhaida. She deserves an amazing song to showcase the lovely voice she has.

SONGS BY ZZAP & CHRISS

#SOMETHINGDIFFERENT

These are just a few songs that Zzap & Chriss have made, and are the ones that I most enjoy listening to. They come up with really modern, out-there songs. I really believe in Zzap & Chriss and hope for the best.
I know that Eurovision fans will go “we haven’t heard the song yet, what are you talking about?” But Zzap & Chriss are amazing composers, Sokol Marsi is a legend when it comes to writing and Elhaida Dani is one of a kind. Lately, Elhaida Dani has been using the hashtag #somethingdifferent. It’s a sign of what’s to come.
In the next couple of days, they’ll start filming the official video clip of “I’m Alive”. At the end of next week we’ll finally get to hear the song. There’s still no exact date when the song will be released, but it will be around March 13-15. Time will tell, but I think it’s going to be one fantastic song that fans will enjoy and that Albanians can be proud of!

A new mobile version of the popular car racing game Need for Speed for Android users is going to be rolled out soon by Electronic Arts. Need For Speed: No Limits will be a bit more like real-life situations and EA is going to charge you for gas. This new feature is already fueling up controversies because it’s a pretty new thing for a mainstream racing game to put on restrictions on driver with an in-game purchase by the actual money.
Also, Electronic Arts has quietly released the game in few regions and you can download the game with the link given at the bottom and try your luck. Android Community confirms that Need for Speed: No Limits is available in Taiwan and Netherlands. For the US users, this download is right now unavailable. The Need for Speed fans from different parts of the world can try out the link and tell us comments if it is working in their regions.
Need for Speed: No Limits provides tons of car optimization options with 250 million combinations of parts and latest licensed body kits from Mad Mike, Rocket Bunny and Vaughn Gittin Jr.

In Need for Speed: No Limits, you can’t drive recklessly for free. If you intent to cause a havoc in the game, be prepared to pay the cost of a full tank of gas. Apart from this, you will have to pay to make your can actually drive and if you don’t want to pay, you got the option to wait.

Ellen Stofan (NASA)
NASA's top scientist predicts that we'll find signs of alien life by 2025, with even stronger evidence for extraterrestrials in the years that follow.
"I think we're going to have strong indications of life beyond Earth within a decade, and I think we're going to have definitive evidence within 20 to 30 years," NASA chief scientistEllen Stofan said Tuesday during a panel event on water in the universe.
"We know where to look. We know how to look," Stofan added. "In most cases we have the technology, and we're on a path to implementing it. And so I think we're definitely on the road."
Others at the panel agreed.
"It's definitely not an if, it's a when," said Jeffery Newmark, NASA's interim director of heliophysics.
When we do find evidence of life, however, it's likely it won't be signs of alien civilization but rather something much, much smaller.
"We are not talking about little green men," Stofan said. "We are talking about little microbes."
The claims echo one made at a similar event last year when NASA astronomer Kevin Hand also predicted a big discovery.
"I think in the next 20 years we will find out we are not alone in the universe," he said.
The full discussion is available in the video above.

In Bosnia have been discovered pyramids, which result to be built by Illyrians. On the way are built, they are extremely sophisticated, which has surprised many experts.
According to historian and archaeologist Bosnian American, Sam Semir Osmanagic, the pyramids in Bosnia, that of the Sun, the Moon and the month are the oldest pyramids ever built on Earth’s surface.
Pyramids were discovered in 2006, in Visoko, 20 km from the capital city of Bosnia, Sarajevo.
Furthermore, according to the Bosnian archaeologist who discovered pyramids are the oldest of the pyramids of Egypt.
“The highest pyramid in the world is that of Giza, 145 meters, the highest pyramid Maya is El Mirador – 103 meters, but the highest pyramid in the world is the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun called top 220 meters . Avoiding the north is 0 degrees, 0 minutes and 12 seconds. Never seen a more accurate orientation that he Pyramid of the Sun “explained Semir Osmanagic, transmit INA.
Some local geologist prove that these are mere geological composition, but OSMANAGIĆ states that have data that they are built by man.
According to the archaeologist who discovered, OSMANAGIĆ, Illyrian pyramids in Bosnia have been mentioned before because they are hidden from the political system in the former Yugoslavia.

We hope you weren't banking on the Xbox One's promised voice messaging feature to set up matches and gloat over victories. Microsoft has released the console's April update, but voice messaging has been yanked from the finished release (it's still available to preview users) due to "feedback" from testers -- in other words, it's just not ready for prime time. Dedicated party chat servers will have to wait, too. While there are still some useful additions, such as detailed achievement notifications, game hub links and wider access to the "What's On" hub, you'll likely have to wait at least a month for the upgrade's former tentpole feature.
