It is understood that the old project would undergo radical changes as regards the standards that should be met, with the modernization of the tribunes according to contemporary parameters required by UEFA for a stadium where international matches should be played. The capacity of the stadium with this project would be of 21,500 spectators, about 4,500 more than the project approved by the Albanian government.
